A:Trial orders start at 50 pcs per model. You can mix up to 4 models to reach a total of 200 pcs. This helps you test quality and market demand before committing to a container order.
Q:How long does delivery to South America (Brazil, Colombia, Peru) take?
A:Sea freight to Santos (Brazil), Callao (Peru), or Buenaventura (Colombia) takes 25–35 days. Air freight takes 5–7 days. Express courier (DHL) for small trial orders takes 5–7 days door-to-door. FULI handles all export documentation.
Q:Do you accept OEM / custom packaging?
A:Yes. We offer neutral packaging (white box) or your own branded box with logo. Minimum 500 pcs per model for custom branding. Standard lead time for OEM orders is 15–30 days.
Q:How do I know which bearing model I need?
A:Send us the old bearing (photo + dimensions) or tell us the machine model. We'll identify the correct bearing within 2 hours. If you don't have the old bearing, measure bore (inner diameter), outer diameter, and width — those three numbers uniquely identify the bearing.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:T/T (bank transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For trial orders under $500, we also accept PayPal and Western Union. L/C (Letter of Credit) available for orders over $10,000.
